Ok, the page will not allow me to enter the Label for a battery problem or let me create a new Lable. So stay with me. My Charge 2 battery does not charge. At least the charge icon does not show up and indicate it is charging when I put it on the charger. This is the replacement Charge 2 Fitbit sent me in Aug of 2017 after the first one would not hold a charge. Anyone else have the same problem and what was the resolution?
