My charge 3 won’t sync to a fitness app I use powered by trainerize. Any info appreciated.

Welcome to the forum, @Hyre76 - In order to connect your Fitbit to Trainerize, you have to start at Trainerize. I googled and found these instructions. Hope they help.

@Hyre76 - unfortunately, since the app was not developed by Fitbit, you will need to follow up with Trainerize’s customer service.
