Charge 3 24 hrs format

Hi, I am very pleased to have a clock face that I can read. Really happy it is the old Charge 2 clock face that I used to use (or nearly).

On the Charge 3 it is set up as a 24 hour clock but displaying time as if it is a 12 hour clock. Very confused earlier when I looked at the time. 04:27 is the early morning time not 16:27 in the afternoon (or even 4:27 as per old Charge 2). Is there a way to change this so as to stop any confusion?

Thanks

It's great to see you around @karmor.

I am glad to hear that you are satisfied with the new Charge 3 clock faces.

If your tracker isn't showing the time in the format you want, I recommend verifying this by doing the following from a computer:

  1. Log into your fitbit.com dashboard and click the gear icon.
  2. Choose Settings > Personal Info.
  3. Under Advanced Settings, find Clock Display Time and select whether you want the time shown in 12-hour or 24-hour clock units.
  4. Click Submit and sync your device.

Let me know the outcome.

Thanks,

I followed your instructions and I have changed my Charge 3 from a 12 hour to 24 hour clock face. This now shows the correct time.
