Many issues with my charge 3

I had a charge 2 and no issues with it.  So, I decided to upgrade to the charge 3. I hadn’t had it for 3 months when I started having problems.    I’ve had nothing but problems with it. Recently it’s been replaced twice in less than 2 weeks! Im already and I continue to have “issues”!!😤.  I’m so frustrated with the charge 3.

 

 Here are some of the issues:  Doesn’t sync, monitors heart when not wearing it, monitors sleep when it’s not worn, randomly stops all and freezes.   I hate it.

 

i would like to get a replacement different from the charge 3.  But I don’t believe it would be done for me.  Replace with a versa or another charge 2.  Frankly, I don’t think I would buy another Fitbit ever!  

 

By the way, the customer service reps were very knowledgeable, polite and helpful when troubleshooting my issues, but the end result was always.....that the charge 3 needed to be replaced.  I’m really upset...I wonder has this been anyone else’s experience?

Same experience here. I had the charge 2 and it was amazing.

 

The 3 is a lemon, and they refuse to believe the fault lies with the product and actually address the issue.

I think that they should after two replacements of the same item, a replacement with a different Fitbit  of equal value.  I feel that I wasted my money and time. It seems that many other Fitbit charge 3 purchasers are not happy!

I have the same issues.  My charge 2 lasted for years.  The charge 3 has been replaced 3 times in one year.  Such a hassle.  I wanted a different model but they said a 50% discount is not available for the charge 4 so I am getting yet another charge 3 for free.  So my 4th charge 3 will be sent tho me once they get the defective one.  How long this one last?

 

Fitbit, this is very disappointing for a product once considered a segment leader.

I have an Apple Watch now!
