I read the many comments about battery drain issues on the Charge 3. It was at 22% around 02:00 so I charged it up to 77% before wearing it to bed. It's just shy of 15:00 and the battery is already at 62%.
It seemed an electronic evaluation by Fitbit was the first step and then an ultimate replacement as there appears to be no way to replace the battery.
Please advise.
Thanks,
JP

Hello @J.Paul. Welcome to the community forums.
Thank you very much for the detailed information and for taking the time to provide your feedback. I'd like to let you know that the battery on the Charge 3 itself can't be changed, but if your Charge 3 is draining the battery quickly, please take into consideration that there are some factors that may be draining it.
Before determining if it's not working as it should, the recommendation is to make sure that your Fitbit device is charging correctly. For this, please plug the charging cable that came with your Fitbit device into a USB port on your computer, a UL-certified USB wall charger, or another low-energy device. For more information, please check:
How do I charge my Fitbit device?
Also, please consider the following tips described in this help article: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?
Hope this helps.
