My Charge 3 is charging all the way to full but the battery will only work for a day. Usually, the battery only needs to be charged about once a week but it’s not doing that anymore.
Any advice on what to do?

just started happening to me yesterday - I thought perhaps I hadn't charged it properly, but it was fully charged this morning, dead by lunchtime, fully charged again & now I can't even get it to show anything on the charger - only just got the Charge 3 for Christmas last year =\

Mine started doing that too. Started last night. I charged it all the way up and this morning it was dead. I tried restarting it and updating it and nothing has helped. I literally just charged it all the way up about 20 minutes ago and in that time I am down to 70%.

Me too! The last 2 days it charges to full and in 24 hours it’s down to 17%, when usuallya charge lasts a week. I can’t find any help. Time to buy a new one?

I ended up calling customer service - she sent me a label to return it -
I had tried to charge it when it had gone dead again the 2nd time yesterday, but it wouldn't do anything (not even come on "0%" while I was hooking it up) - anyway <10 minutes I went back to check it again and it was VERY hot - Mine was just over 6months old - Call customer service - perhaps it's a battery problem & others will have it as well
