At first there were some dots and lines on my screen. I tried to charge my fitbit and also to reset it while charging but nothing happened. The screen is still blank. I think it is still syncing with my phone.

Let me help you with your Charge 3 screen not working. Since the issue persists I suggest you reach out to our Support team. I noticed that you already have a ticket with them so keep working with them to find a solution.

Fitbit has now replaced my Charge 3 as it appeared to have died only 7 months after purchase. So I am happy that it has been replaced and hope it won't need replacing again!
