Charge 3 Blank Display

Got a charge 3 from a friend, who told me it was broken. It seems physically fine, but shows nothing on the screen, and does not vibrae when the button is pressed. When it is placed in the charging cradle it buzzes once. If I press the button while it's in the cradle, the device vibrates as long as the button is pressed. I have tried holding it for 15 seconds while plugged in, and it just vibrates the entire time.

 

Is there anything else to try, or should I give it up?

I appreciate the feedback and troubleshooting steps performed. I'd recommend you check you have the latest Fitbit Firmware and OS of your mobile device, then follow these instructions to restart your device.

 

You can try to change your clock face, if this fixes the issue, you can change it back to the original clock face. If you are using a third-party clock face, please switch to a Fitbit clock face and try the troubleshooting again.

 

Also check if the Sleep Mode or Do Not Disturb Mode are On in your device.
