I have only had this Charge 3 a short while. My screen went blank. I looked online and tried these fixes:
1. Put it in charger, held the button for 8 seconds. Did not work
2. Put it in charger, held button for 15 seconds; took it out of charger and then placed it back in. Did not work.
3. Changed clock faces. Did not work.
I tried each of these multiple times to no effect.
Someone suggested deleting the Fitbit from my phone app (Which I had to just re-download due to IOS problems). I did this but ran into the problem of not being able to put the Fitbit back on my phone because it did not help the screen issue and now I cannot see the PIN to connect the phone and the Fitbit.
This is my second Fitbit and I have to say I have found that they do not last very long before problems creep up. Very disappointed. Are there any other work arounds?
