I’ve owned my Fitbit for about a year. A few weeks ago it started to display in a distorted manner. Then, it stopped displaying at all. I have tried resetting several times. Initially it would at least vibrate, but it doesn’t even do that anymore. I have the latest version of firmware. It still syncs to my phone - just no display on the watch itself. What do I do?

Mine just went out today, September 23,2020. Perhaps has something to do with the new iPhone 14 update

If you updated the firmware on your Charge 3 recently, there is a strong chance it has something to do with that actually. I had the same thing happen with my Charge 3 after updating the firmware, and I am using an android phone, so don't think it has anything to do with the IPhone IOS.
