Charge 3 Failure

My Charge 3 failed after 2 weeks.  The 4, yes 4, replacements sent by Fitbit have failed to work entirely.

Fitbit refuse to refund as I bought the original unit from Amazon.  Dreadful Customer Service from Fitbit.  Do not buy a Fitbit - they do not work.

Be warned.  Fitbit Customer Service offer every assistance short of help. 7 months of prolonged discussions and I still dont have a working Charge 3.

Have you tried Amazon? They have great customer support in my experience.

Thanks. Amazon have been brilliant and have agreed to a full refund as
long as I return 3 non working units.
