Hi, I followed all the troubleshooting instructions on this sight but nothing is working. My Charge 3 is still not syncing and screen is blank. Only thing that's working is the buzzing sound when you press down the side button.

I'm having the same issue! I tried restarting it 5 times, because someone said it was only after the 4th try that it worked. Still blank and just vibrating, and now it's having trouble syncing. I miss my fitbit! It has been a couple days already and I keep looking at my wrist! 😞

Same issue except no buzzing. Nothing. Last sync was mid morning and a full charge. Now there’s no indication of life. Followed manual restart directions with no luck.

I’m having the same issue. Yesterday it was blank so I pressed the side button and it reset, but last night it went blank again and now it’s only vibrating when I press the side, still got a blank screen. I’ve even tried changing my clock face and nothing.

Mine was working but my dashboard was blank for a few hours. Now the dashboard on my app is back but "device can't be found" and the screen is dark. It can't be us- there's too many with same issue.
