My Charge 3 hasn't been working for several months. It started with the battery going flat within 2-3 hours. I followed the guidance, didn't work. Next,lines appeared across the screen. I had to charge it every night to keep the battery going (so could not track my sleep) and it kept waking me up by constantly vibrating - I had to get up and move it to another room among clothes so we couldn't hear it! Now, it won't turn on at all - I charge it, upon pressing the button, it simply vibrates as long as the button is helped down. This has been weeks now. I went back to my Inspire HR as I was too busy to deal with this, but now that won't pair. I only bought this Charge 3 in March and by June it wasn't working so I want a replacement please I've followed all the advice on the forums, so please do not suggest that again - I promise, I've tried everything! I do not have a printer for printing labels by the way, if I need to print to return anything.
