Having had a Fitbit Alta for 3 years with no issues I got a charge 3 at Xmas and sorry I bothered. It won’t stay connected to Bluetooth so I never receive any notifications. I’ve followed all advice disconnecting and reconnecting etc all to no avail. For the last few weeks I’m also lucky if I can get it sync once a day. My app is constantly looking for device. Extremely disappointed with this product which is nothing much more than a watch now
