Charge 3 stopped working

My Charge 3 has stopped working just outside 1 year warranty. Initially stopped  tracking sleep followed by radically cycling from screen wake and steps screen. I tried to install upgrade but not helping. I can read  others also experiencing same issues including white line and mocking smiling face. Very disappointing. Support offered a 25% discount on a new watch. Not encouraged to continue as a Fitbit Customer. Don’t wish to be buying a new watch each year.

I'm with you. My 1 year old warranty replacement is doing similarly. I'm not so sure that I want to invest in another one when 2 have gone out in the past 1 1/2 years.  I don't want to be investing in a $100+ watch every year.

I agree completely. My screen stopped displaying last week and then the band just fell apart 2 days ago. I don’t even know if there’s any point to contacting customer support. Trying to do so has been extremely frustrating. I think FitBit has just lost me permanently as a customer.
