My wife uses a Charge 3, paired to an iPad.
The iPad no longer receives notifications, nor does it display live data (heart rate etc).
I have reset the Charge 3 to factory specs, and uninstalled and re-installed the iPad Fitbit application. The watch has been re-paired to the iPad, and the watch sends its data to the iPad. Notifications are turned on, on the setup screen.
The "searching" indicator beside the Notifications item in the menu of the application continuously spins, and never connects.
Any suggestions?

Further clarification: she used to receive notifications and live data with this combination of devices (iPad and Charge 3). The reason we re-setup everything was because notifications and live data stopped.
