I set up my charge 3. I received one text message yesterday and haven't gotten an since. I have tried everything in order to pair it. I pull up Bluetooth and its there but it won't pair and it says I need an app to use it. Why would it work yesterday once and then not again.

I have had no luck. Its still not connected even with everything the support team told me to do.
