Charge 3 Bluetooth issues

My Charge 3 does not come up on my iPhone in Bluetooth to select as a device. It did before, and occasionally since, but not now and I has not been syncing completely for a while now.

If you are having problems connecting your tracker with your phone, I recommend checking the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provided there.
