Charge 3 dead

Hi all 

 

My Fitbit Charge 3 stopped recording my heart rate last week and I noticed that the green light had stopped flashing. I connected it to its charger but when I went back to turn it on, it would not power up. I have tried resetting it by holding down the side button while charging for 15 seconds and disconnecting it and reconnecting it again but no luck. 

 

The Fitbit app states that it's 'looking' for it and the last time it was synced was last week. 

 

Would appreciate any guidance/help here as I really miss wearing it!

My Charge 3 was working fine on Sunday and then when I was finishing up mowing my lawn it vibrated a few times then the screen went blank. I put it on the charger for about two hours and it still showed nothing. I have also tried all of the troubleshooting tips to restart it. Short reset, long reset, it just doesn't do anything. I have had it connected to my laptop all day today and it is still dead. The strange thing is that when I looked at the app, it showed that I last had 96% battery before it lost connection.

 

Any help is greatly appreciated. I have been wearing it everyday for almost a year and I kind of feel naked without it on now.
