Hi,

 

My charge 3 is acting up. When I’m wearing it the Fitbit is constantly going in and out of the menu as if I’m constantly pressing the button on the side. 

If I stay incredibly still or if I take it off it’s fine, it’s only when I move with it that it plays up.

 

staying still forever doesn’t really seem like a feasible option 🙂 could I get some support on this please? Thanks

i has thought resetting it fixed it. After a day and a half it’s started doing it again, help please?
