My screen is completely dark and the green light is flashing constantly and I can’t feel my button today I changed my case and my band but I was rushing so is it anyway while I was putting the new case on my button broke off or is it jammed because once I figure out what’s wrong with the button I can reset it with the vibrations please help me just got this thing and already acting up 🙏🏼

Also, I'd recommend removing your Charge 3 from the new case and make sure to restart it. For instructions, please see: How do I restart my Fitbit device? Nevertheless, if the inconvenience persists and you can't still restart your tracker, my best recommendation is that you please contact our Support Team for further assistance. In addition, please make sure to explain all the inconveniences, including that the lights are flashing constantly and mention the troubleshooting steps you've tried, this way they can assist you from there.
