Charge 3 Dark Screen

My fitbit charge 3 screen is dark and will not show the time brightly.  Also, I used to get text messages on my charge 3 and not longer do so.  Please advise.  I have an Android phone.

Hi Trish

I pushed the button on the left side of the tracker for about 10 seconds and it brightened. Started doing whats its supposed to now.

@WeaverWoman Thank you for the information and I'm glad to know that after the restart your Charge 3 started working again. For the notifications, you can refer to the following help article for troubleshooting steps: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?
