In July, my Charge 3 was losing part of its display over a 2-week period or so during the middle of the month. It was at the point where I could only see about 2 rows of dots on the very bottom edge (nonreadable). On 7/22/2020, while wearing it, I felt it oddly vibrating for no reason. I've put it on the charger and tried resetting several times. No luck! The screen is totally black now and will not track or sync (I've done some manual tracking on the app). Please note that the red light on the device was solid soon after the vibration happened. That's when I first put it on the charger that night for a few and it did go off eventually. The same thing happened a year ago to the date to my Charge 2, which was working fine, and got hot on my wrist one morning...dead. This device was given to me for Christmas 2019. It isn't even a year old yet. My band also broke in July but since I anticipate a full replacement, I haven't filed a claim yet. This is very disappointing and I've been a customer for several years (about 4 or 5 devices). Please refer me over to Support to get the replacement process started.
Adding a note for anyone else seeing bad signs like the screen going away. In the last few days where I could actually see the time on the display, it also made me late to an appointment because the displayed time was about 5-10 minutes inaccurate.

I have the same problem! It’s ridiculous!
