Charge 3 Dim Display Outdoors

I cannot read my display when outside. I have tried rebooting and that didn’t help. Other suggestions?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @jaime1245. Thank you for letting us know that you have tried rebooting your Charge 3 to read its display outside.

Have you checked that your device is not on Do not disturb or Sleep mode? Also you can check on the settings, sometimes it's dim.
