My Charge 3 quitworking this afternoon. My dad's did too. Anyone else?

Gosh so very odd that you AND your father is experiencing the same issue at the same time. Hopefully a restart of your Charge 3 with get you both up and running. I appreciate your help. There is no reboot on my settings and will not respond to button press. My screen was barely light enough to see before it quit. Maybe in a day or two I can try again. Juat irks me. Its only been 2 years.

Just throw your Charge 3 on it’s charger so when you want to revisit the issue in a few days at least (fingers crossed) your Fitbit will at least be fully charged and ready to troubleshoot when your ready.

Just wanted to check back in with you @Nikki79 I’m hoping you have found a resolution. If not I know I recommended restarting your Charge 3 manually. You can also try the restarting steps while it’s currently plugged into its charger. I think it’s certainly worth a try.
