I have a Charge 3, purchased on 5/1/19. The screen is so dim I can hardly read it. I've tried all the reboots and refreshes, etc, and also tried changing the screen brightness setting on the device. Nothing helps.
I'd appreciate it if you could help me out on this.

Check if you are in Sleep Mode. Hold in side button a few seconds; Sleep is below DND.
