Hi Everyone
My 2019 Charge 3 now has a screen so dim that it can't be read outside. Yes I know other people have the same issue.
FitBit has offered me (a) the same model or (b) a discount on a new one. I'm worried that if I get a new Charge 3, I'll just end up with the same issue. Has anyone received a replacement Charge 3 recently? Is the screen bright again?
Which FitBit has the brightest screen? I exercise outside all the time & it's driving me nuts not being able to read my screen. It is worth just biting the bullet and getting a different model?
Thanks X Emma

Hello @ECWsussex. Welcome to the community forums.
I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused and thank you for the detailed information. At this time, I was able to see that you reached out to our Support Team and they were able to provide a replacement for you. Regarding your question about if the inconvenience could repeat with the replacement, I'd like to let you know that if it happens again, I'd recommend contacting our Support Team one more time, this way they can provide further assistance.
For your question about a Fitbit device with a brightest screen, I'd like to let you know that the Versa 3 and Sense count with 3 brightness settings > Max, normal and dim. If you would like to get more information about our Fitbit devices, I'd recommend visiting this link: https://www.fitbit.com/global/us/products/find-your-fit.
On a side note, your post will remain open if other users with a similar experience would like to provide additional comments or information about your questions.
Hope this helps.
