The display on my Charge 3 is not working. The watch will vibrate in response to button presses. I have attempted a restart via instructions here and in the Fitbit guide. Tried resetting the clock face, and the watch vibrated, but no display. My app is telling me the watch is at 33%.
It would seem that the o my way to contact customer support is via Twitter/ Facebook etc which I don’t use. I’m based in the UK, any tel nos or old fashioned email address?!!
Best AnswerThe only ways to contact them are the ways listed where I gave you. That normally includes a phone number but I understand they now take the weekend off. Check back tomorrow.
