Charge 3 Display not working

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Charge 3 is 15 months old and the watch face has disappeared. It is still sending data to the app, so it's working, but I can't see it on the Charge itself.

Any ideas?

I have tried resyncing and no change.

Thanks.

Hello @Juliefit51, welcome to the Community Forums! It's a pleasure to assist you today. My apologies for the delayed reply.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your device prior to posting too, I understand how frustrating this situation can be for you. If you haven't already done so, please try our restart process following the next steps and let me know how it goes:

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port.
  3. Make sure the button on your tracker is aligned with the button opening on the charging cable. You’ll know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on your tracker’s display.
  4. Press and hold the button to restart your tracker:
    • For Charge 3—press and hold the button on your tracker for 8 seconds. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
  5. Unplug your tracker from the charging cable.

Keep me posted.

Hi.

Despite the best efforts of the Fitbit team I couldn't get the screen to work, it remains blank even though the watch is working, so it's being reply.

Excellent customer service.

first of all this is my dads charge 3 in the picture.   He got it long time ago, do to the screen he couldn't read anything on his tracker. the warttantty ran out for sure, its more then a year old. I was wondering is there a way to fix the disply screen on tracker itself?  note it still sinks, and tracks data, the tracker screen is all messed up. pleas help if you can. I have tried a reset, and factory reset for it, and the screen still comes up like this.
