Charge 3 GPS connected issues

My Charge 3 syncs fine to my phone but not when I want to exercise. I cant workout if its a problem with the Fitbit, the App, or my iPhone. When I go for a run, it tells me cant connect to phone, despite having just synced it.

Requests me to Launch App which clearly is running on my phone. Sometimes it connects halfway around so it can connect just wont. If I cant get this problem sorted I think I might change to an Apple watch instead!

I understand how are you feeling. About connection, you mean GPS? If this is the case, I recommend checking the help article: Why isn't GPS working on my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provided there. If the issue is with syncing, follow the ones in the article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?.

Well, it still wont work, as I said it does sync but not when I tap the exercise bit and it does sometimes connect to the GPS so its not that there is a problem connecting all together.  Its not a generic problem, something else is going on with it!
