Charge 3 sleep tracking issue

Charge three has always been total crap for sleep tracking ,my old One was fantastic.

Tracker has never shown sleep data  and app only shows am data and only afew hours

never pm data ,sleep is set to !0pm to 6am  if you delete  crap reading which is only a few hrs

or not enough data and reset the time  10pm  to 6am the data apears in the app

I can not understand  if the dater has been collected why is it not diplayed on the tracker

and in the app ?

Ihave asked this Question in these forums before but this company is it to big or rude

to fix the problem ,just  gives computer generated  bull**ahem**

How can you advertise sleep tracking  for charge 4 when its crap in charge 3

Hi @FuZb1, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I totally understand how you feel about the sleep tracking issue that your Charge 3 has experienced.

In order to fix this issue, I'd like you to restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your sleep data.

Finally, monitor your Charge 3 and see if it tracks sleep data properly.

If you think its just a matter of rebooting  my charge 3 you are a poor tecnition,this has made no difference. The rest of it works great its crap when it comes to and it seems to me no one at fitbit could give a **ahem**,who cares  about one customer when you have many ? . The long readings ar from when i have adjusted  the times manualy. The tracker has never shown  a data or sleep scoreSent from my Galaxy
