Hi

Can anybody help me please? I recently purchased the Charge3 HR - I’ve had the watch 2 weeks now.

For the first week the watch would show: time, date, steps, active hours, etc.

 

this is my 2nd week using the watch and now it shows weight, female health, sleep & water. Which I don’t want to show on the watch (I’m fine with it on the app but don’t want it on the watch face)

 

ive tried removing female health, I’ve tried to change the watch face but it still shows this information....

how do you remove this data you don’t want to see please?!

Thank you for your reply, I did an online chat with FitBit - basically there is nothing you can do to remove from your watch.

Just find it strange that for the past 2 weeks this has only been displayed on the app not the watch.
