A month or two ago, my Charge 3 started recording my heart rate inaccurately. At rest, it is consistently showing a heart rate that is approximately 20 BPM too high. After contacting customer service multiple times, I have been told that they will not replace the defective product because they don't replace items due to inaccuracy. Has anyone been told the same thing?
