Hi,

My Fitibit Charge 3 screen is black, but it vibrates. I've tried https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Charge-3/Charge-3-won-t-light-up-only-vibrates/m-p/3237959/highlight... but it didn't work (I don't see a smiley face).

I can't change de watch face because I can't pair it with my phone (I can't see the PIN because the screen is off).

I've already tried and the only answer I got was "Since your Fitbit is not anymore in waranty, we can't do anything". I'm deeply dissapointed with FitBit's customer support.

I have the same issue. Tried all suggestions but still not working.  Will no longer hold a charge. It is 12 months and 2 weeks old. Very disappointed!
