Charge 3 - Heart rate chart

Charge 3 heart rate chart/graph completely missing. 2 years of data gone! It says 'no measurement' when I open it. What's going on?

Could you please elaborate if you can see the chart on the app only or it's also missing on the online Dashboard (fitbit.com)

I can see my heart rate on my fitbit charge 3 watch, but it's missing on my Android dashboard. My calories, food log, etc all are ok only the heart rate chart/graphs is gone.

I would really like some help. One of the reasons I got a Fitbit was to track heart rate. 2 years of data is gone missing. Customer service should look into this.

@Manickam , Thank you for your reply. 

In your browser if you go to Fitbit.com. Do you see your measurements on the online Dashboard?

This will help me see if the data is saved on your account and if this only an app issue. 

In the meantime, please on the settings on your phone go to Settings>Apps>Fitbit App and clear cache. 

Restart your phone( off/on)

Open the Fitbit app and check your measurements.

Hi. Nothing on the online dashboard. All other info is there but heart rate is missing. I hv cleared cache/restarted phone, no use.
