Charge 3 - Horizontal line at the bottom. Cannot stop active zone vibrations.

I'm getting really annoyed that it's next to impossible to get ahold of anyone.   The chat makes you fill in every box of info only to pretend the last agent was just taken by another customer.  You do it again, only to get the same OH DARN LAST REP WAS JUST SNAGGED BY ANOTHER CUSTOMER. What a waste of time.

My stupid Charge 3 has a horizontal line, which it has had happen a handful of times over the past few months, usually after an update, and then it will go away.  This one is not going away.   I've been able to do a whopping *one* successful hard reset, every other one stops and does a soft reset-- but it doesn't matter, because the reset didn't work anyway.

But my biggest issue is that I have all settings for the active zone vibrations turned off, yet I get them all unless I turn my Fitbit to Do Not Disturb-- i don't want to do that, because then i miss when i hit my 10k steps.  All I freaking want is notification when I hit my 10k. I don't want all this other stupid garbage, and I don't understand why the settings don't work.

Also- as an aside. In all these attempts to do hard resets and failing nearly everytime it soft resets instead, my battery level is jumping all over the place. I haven't had any noticeable battery issues as far as holding a charge, but i'm a bit concerned that all these attempts at doing a hard reset are showing 89%, then i disconnect and put it back on, 100%, then fail that reset, take it off, put it back on, 0%, fail that reset, put it back on 68%....
