My cell phone device:
iPhone 8 Plus version 13.5.1
Fitbit: Charge 3 (about 6 mo old)
I'm unable to sync or set up tracking on my device after following all instructions for troubleshooting. Also, my watch displays time that is ONE HOUR behind PST (I live in CA).
I have:
1. Reset Fitbit device
2. Reset iPhone
3. Reinstalled app
4. Reset Bluetooth

This is my second Charge 3 and I'll not buy another FitBit product if this doesn't get resolved. I've followed all the following steps but I'm still unable to sync my Fitbit with the app!
I operate iPhone 8 Plus version 13.5.1
1. I have updated App
2. Reset Bluetooth
3. Reset phone
4. Reset Fitbit
NOTHING WORKS
Are there any other options?? I bought a new Charge 3 because my other Fitbit device had the same problem. These seem to work for about 6 months and then...kaput! Definitely not worth the price if we can't fix this problem.
