Charge 3 Issues

I am very unhappy. I just got my charge 3 in August and it is not working properly. It isn’t syncing to my phone and the time is wrong. I have lost all my data for the last two days and it won’t reconnect with my phone. I tried everything on the forums and it’s really upsetting because of what it cost... someone please help....
