My Charge 3 wont pair with my phone. Several months ago the face started to get the black lines through it, I troubleshooted it with suggestions from here and tried different clock faces, but the lines remained. Then it stopped syncing, so I troubleshooted and tried all the different suggestions. Then it started to loose time, so I tried troubleshooting again and was unsuccessful in getting it back on time. So I tried to un pair it from my phone and now it wont re-pair. I have restarted the device several times, I've restarted my blootooth several times, I have force closed the app, even uninstalled the app several times, but NOTHING seems to want to work. $269 is alot of money to "waste" on a product that only wants to work for 12 months or so.

hi @Tazzey thank you for telling me the main problem... in the new tracker update Fitbit did say that some old phones may not be compatible so yours might be one of them... if it is new then pls reply back.

So you're saying that a HUAWEI nova 2 lite LDN-LX2, running Android version 8.0.0, that I bought 2 years ago may now be too "OLD" to be compatible with a system update..... Thanx for the heads up that every update they put out, I'm going to have to update my phone to a newer model.......

So you're saying the everyone HAS buy an new phone EVERY TIME fitbit puts out a system update........ Who has that kinda money?????? That's ridiculous!!!!!!
If that's the case I won't be buying anymore fitbit products, cause they are a waste of money!!!!!
