lines in different shades started appearing in the screen. Restarts and clock face changes has not solved the issue. I am following the threads and none of the suggested solutions have worked so far. Help please

I am having the same issue, restarting and clock face changes don’t fix the problem.  It is getting progressively worse and now it seems to think I am pushing buttons constantly, and only tracks heart rate intermittently.  Help please!  It is only about a year old!
