Not tracking steps

I just got a charge 3. It will not track any steps while I am pushing a stroller. This is ridiculous. I’ve had previous Fitbits and have never had an issue with steps being tracked while pushing a stroller. The majority of my activity includes pushing a stroller and it won’t track any of it!

A lot of people are having issues with Fitbit (not only charge 3) Problem started with their latest update.

Seems this has nothing to do with any updates. There are lots and lots of threads with this issue in charge 3

On twitter and Facebook lots of people mention also the same problems with charge 2, charge 4 and versa.

Thanks. That’s very disappointing. I thought I was upgrading by getting a charge series. I will be returning it and going back to my inspire HR.
