Charge 3 can't change clock face

Brand new Charge 3 set up today and everything seems to be working except that I can't get clock face changed. I can click on any of the different face options but then the activity circle just starts spinning endlessly and eventually times out.

 

The same thing happens when I click on any of the apps like exercise, alarms, weather ,etc. What is the problem?

This sounds like a Fitbit app issue, have you checked if it is updated? If you haven't, I recommend checking this by following the steps in the article: .
