I did a 10k run and the map isn't loading. I've tried restarting/logging out/reinstalling etc and it's made no difference. If I log onto the web app the map loads but all I get is a small line on part of a road with a labelled distance of 10k but it obviously doesn't equate to 10k. Any ideas?

Hi @Jimmywaz, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 3 is not providing the correct map information of your exercises. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Please sync your tracker before this in order to avoid losing current data. After this, check out this help page, which explains how the GPS feature works on your Fitbit device. It also includes some troubleshooting steps for you to try.
Finally, monitor your Charge 3 during your next workouts and see if the maps are correct.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

Hi so I've had charge 3 since late January and the data & map have worked intermittently for walking & cycling. Then the gps would quite often stop working half way through a bike ride, showing 20 miles but actually done 40, 0 mph etc. Now it won't show any miles or map - whether I'm walking or cycling. It says fitbit not found & to open the fitbit app which i do. It tracks maybe 15 seconds at the most then loses the signal & doesn't track the activity. I have restarted my phone, synced fitbit, got the smiley face. I haven't changed my phone (Samsung s10). It did work much better than what it is doing now, but now very frustrating. Can you please help? Thanks
