Charge 3 No Sleep And Exercise Data

Haven't had sleep data or exercise data for 4 days.  Have tried every fix, reboot from the settings screen, long restart, deleting and reinstalling app, changing the device to which it syncs.  It has always synced to an iPad but stopped 4 days ago.  I changed it to sync to my Samsung A52 but still didn't work.  Then back to the iPad.  Still nothing.  I've noted that the lights on the sensors that touch the skin are no longer on like they used to be.  Wondering if the device has just crapped out on me?

Hi there @philliwag, it's great to see you around in the Community.

I appreciate the troubleshooting steps performed and understand how you feel about this situation. I'd recommend you check you have the latest Fitbit Firmware and OS of your mobile device, you can follow these steps to restart your device.

Then unpair the device from your Fitbit account and from the bluetooth settings on all devices, and then pair it by following these instructions. Some users find it useful to refresh the performance.

Thanks for your reply.  I have tried all of the above and still have nothing.  Before trying these I at least was able to see the time on the screen.  Now I don't even have that...I just have a black screen.  I tried putting the unit on the charger, thinking maybe the battery was low.  After half an hour I checked on it and the unit was super hot, like I couldn't even touch it.  The day I lost the sleep data and exercise data I noticed that the sensor lights were no longer on like they used to be.  I think the unit is toast but still hoping for something.  Disappointed.
