Last week my screen display was flickering on left hand side, quite badly. I tried short and long resets and a clock face change. Screen improved for a short time but the flickering kept reoccurring. Yesterday when I connected the cable I got a crazed pattern across the screen, once disconnected I only get bright dots down the right hand side. It will vibrate when trying to reset but it will not carry out the reset. Still logging activity to phone but screen is useless. Firmware version is 1.63.5, last updated June 10 2019.
I have had this device for about 8 months, no previous issues, no damage.
