Charge 3 Not Charging

My Charge 3 suddenly will not charge. It showed low battery last night, so I attached it to the charging cord as I have done previously. This morning it still showed low battery and is now almost completely dead. I have cleaned the charger and the Fitbit per manual guidelines, and even used another spare charging cord. I tried moving it to another USB connection too. I have also rebooted twice, but it is still not charging.
