My charge 3 isn’t charging. I’ve tried rebooting, disconnecting, cleaning the devise and even bought a new charging cable but the devise isn’t charging. I even tried different plugs to see if that was what stopped it working to no luck.

It’s clear that you’ve done multiple troubleshooting tips without being successful in getting your Charge 3 to charge. I’m afraid at this point your only recourse is to contact Fitbit Customer Service: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US I’m unaware if your still under warranty or not because you didn’t mention it. But either way maybe they can help you in ways that I’m unaware of. If your able to find a solution going through Fitbit Customer Service it would be appreciated if you came back and shared that solution as it certainly could help others who might be experiencing the same problem.
