After upgraded the firmware of tracker (ver: 28.20001.63.5) and the fitbit app (ver: 3.1) then on the phone appeared message "Notification service not running. A phone restart is required to re-enable notifications on your tracker". I have restarted my phone (ASUS Zenphone 3) many times but it's not working. Pls help.

Welcome to the Community Forums @mlongvsp! I'm glad to hear that your Charge 3 started syncing after uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app.
As @NellyG mentioned, ASUS Zenfone 3 is not yet a supported device by the Fitbit app. Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance. If you face with syncing issues, you can always take a look at the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
You can see our list of compatible devices at: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?
Let us know if you need further assistance.

Hi @mlongvsp Im afraid I dont see that phone on the Supported Devices List Phones that are not on the list often work well for a time, but if something changes (usually an update to phone or tracker) often they stop working fully. All you can do is go through all the suggestions in THIS Help Article on troubleshooting notifications

Thanks for your support,
Ofcause i've go through all the suggestions in THIS Help Article on troubleshooting notifications before i created this thread, but it's not solved. However, i've just removed and re-installed the Fitbit app on my phone, it's working now.
Thanks!
