Hoping someone can help, my treating heart rate has hiked from a steady 60’to 70 in the last 3 days (slightly concerning) but looking at the data, my heart rate doesn’t Actually seem to be that high?
During last nights sleep it ranged from 54 to a peak of about 68. But largely stayed around 60 as I would expect. Any ideas on how to fix this?
thanks for your help 🙂

It's great to welcome you, @Cassiemac94.
If you are having problems with your heart rate information, I recommend taking a look at the help article: What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provided there.
Let me know how it goes. 🙂
