I see a lot of us are having the same issues.
First, my watch had the 001 error message. Alright, checked the forum here and tried to reset it (8 seconds) and all that did was make the screen go black. I tried to change the watch face on the app, but the app said that it couldn't find my device for the past couple hours. Alright, tried the 15 second reset- nothing. Tried holding down the button for as long as possible to see if maybe i was counting to 15 too quickly; absolutely nothing happened.
The green light is completely gone, the side button is only occasionally responsive, and the screen hasn't shown anything at all since the 001 error message went away.
On the charger, off the charger, button pressed, button not pressed... Nothing is working 😞
